Application

We have just 20 public places for World’s Highest Marathon 2027 and we are looking for people who bring curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to be part of something bigger than themselves.

We encourage applications from a wide range of backgrounds - you don’t need to have run a marathon or experienced altitude before, but you do need to be ready for the challenge.

To apply, please complete the application form below. It should take around 10 minutes and gives us a sense of your experience, mindset, and what you would bring to the team. Please note the form has to be completed in one go, so you may want to prepare your answers before you fill it in.

Some information is collected in case you are offered a place and to save further requests.

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a short virtual interview with one of our team.

Following interviews, the final marathon participants will be selected.
