How to Apply

How to apply
Securing a place on the World’s Highest Marathon is competitive. With only 20 public places available, it will sell out fast.
Our application process is straightforward. We begin by asking for some basic information about you, your experience, and your motivation for taking part. From there, we will review applications, shortlist applicants and, if selected, arrange a short call to talk things through, and make sure this challenge is right for you. Places are allocated based on two key principles:
1) Priority of application (we review applications in the order they are received)
2) Your suitability for the expedition
Suitability is not based on running speed or race times. Our goal is to create a balanced and supportive group that includes both highly experienced runners and complete novices (for some, this may be their first marathon), with a mix of ages, backgrounds, and genders. This is about resilience, teamwork, and shared experience - not performance alone.
So whatever your level of experience, we encourage you to apply.
